These sessions are for seniors who are looking to play tennis and (or) pickleball with Coach Rocky. Seniors will engage group drills and fun games. Tuesdays 10am - 11am and Saturdays 10am-11am.

- Active agility and court movement
- Doubles play both tennis and pickleball
- Use of ball machine for repetition

I’m excited to offer group lessons for seniors in Clayton County at the beautiful Clayton County Tennis Center—a welcoming space with well-maintained courts and a great atmosphere that makes it a joy to play and stay active.

Class Times:
🗓 Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
🗓 Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

These sessions are designed specifically for active seniors and will include both tennis and pickleball, giving players the opportunity to enjoy the best of both sports. Tennis and pickleball are excellent ways to stay healthy—they improve balance, coordination, cardiovascular health, and flexibility, all while being easy on the joints. Just as importantly, they’re a fun way to stay socially connected, reduce stress, and enjoy time outdoors.

Whether you’re a beginner, returning to the game, or looking to stay sharp, these group lessons offer a supportive, encouraging environment where players can move, laugh, and learn together.
